Talk at Eastern Gravity Meeting

Jason Bates

On Saturday, May 22, 2010, Graduate Physics Student Jason Bates was awarded Best Student Talk at the 13th Eastern Gravity Meeting held at North Carolina State University. Jason's talk was titled "Effects of Quantized Scalar Fields in Cosmological Spacetimes with Big Rip Singularities". A monetary prize, sponsored by the APS Topical Group on Gravitation (GGR), accompanied the award.
