* Refund / Cancellation policy:   Full refund of the Conference, Companion, and Polo lodging fees (less the 2% credit card fee if used) will be made if written or e-mail notice of cancellation is received prior to May 1. The refund is 80% if cancellation occurs between May 1 and May 18.  In case of cancellation after May 18, the refund will be that amount which the organizers can recover from funds already committed on your behalf in contractual obligations. Refund could be as much as 80% if another participant is able to use your reserved room, meals, etc, but the recovery amount cannot be guaranteed for cancellation after May 18.
