Description:

A ball is resting on a peg at the top of a slat that is propped up by a stick. When the stick is snatched from under the slat, the "chimney" falls and the ball lands in a cup attached to the slat. The torque extered on the hinge by the weight of the top slat causes the "chimney" to fall faster than g, allowing the ball to be caught.
