Photo of Demo

Description:

One Parabolic reflector has a heat source (candle flame) at its focus. The other has a bulb and tube of air. During preparation, colored water is sucked into the tube of air and the hieght is marked. For the demo, the candle is lit on one reflector and the air in the other reflector's bulb will expand, lowering the water in the tube. No physical connection is present between the reflectors.
