Prof. Jed Macosko and colleagues awarded grant to develop interactive e-textbook, BioBook

Jed Macosko, Associate Professor of Physics, along with Dan Johnson, Senior Lecturer in Biology, and Kristen Bennett, Assistant Professor in Education, were awarded a $250,000 grant from the Next Generation Learning Challenge, an initiative funded primarily by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The award is to expand their idea of an interactive e-textbook, called BioBook, and test it at four colleges close to Wake Forest University.
