Congratulations to Dr. Jason Bates
On Tuesday, April 24, 2012, the Department of Physics held a reception in honor of Jason Bates, who successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis entitled: "Quantum effects of scalar fields in black hole and cosmological spacetimes". Dr Bates's thesis was completed under the direction of Professor Paul Anderson.
