Grad Student Jeremy Ward Wins Best Presentation at ISDRS
Jeremy Ward wins the best presentation award at the International Semiconductor Device Research Symphosium (ISDRS). This biennial international meeting takes place at University of Maryland and focuses on research in electronic and photonic materials and devices. Jeremy's presentation was selected out of over 300 presentations given by participants from US, Germany, France, Spain, China, Korea and more.
Jeremy is performing research in Prof. Jurchescu's group, at the Center for Nanotechnology and Molecular Materials. He is exploring charge transport in organic semiconductors at interfaces with contacts and dielectrics and he aims to tune film microstructure in organic thin-film transistors by using surface treatments and connecting molecular design with device processing.
