Congratulations to Dr. Maxim Zalutskiy
On Tuesday July 26, 2016, the Department of Physics held a reception in honor of Maxim P. Zalutskiy, who successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis entitled:"Investigations of Black-Hole Spectra: Purely-Imaginary Modes and Kerr Ringdown Radiation". Dr. Zalutskiy's thesis was completed under the direction of Professor Greg Cook.
